- Collaborate with production, supply chain and R&D to identify risks and implement lasting solutions.
- Provide clear reporting on quality performance, emerging risks and improvement priorities to company management.
- Ensure quality issues are addressed promptly, systematically and based on evidence.
What we are looking for
- A degree in a relevant field, such as chemistry, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, biotechnology or another relevant technical discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance, quality management or a related role in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Practical experience with quality management systems, audits, non-conformities, root-cause analysis and CAPA.
- Familiarity with relevant quality standards and guidelines, including ISO 9001, the IPEC-PQG GMP Guide, EXCiPACT, EU GMP principles, HACCP and applicable food safety regulations.

- The ability to communicate clearly, challenge constructively and collaborate effectively across departments.
- A proactive and accountable mindset, with the ability to turn quality requirements into practical improvements.
- Professional working proficiency in English. Finnish is an advantage.
What we offer
- An opportunity to lead and develop the quality function in an innovative Finnish manufacturing company.
- A broad, hands-on leadership role with the opportunity to influence processes, strengthen quality practices and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.
- The opportunity to contribute to Nordic Bioproducts Group’s international growth by ensuring high product quality, meeting customer expectations and building trust with international partners.
- A collaborative working environment where innovation, customer value and more sustainable manufacturing are at the core of the business.
